Company is currently seeking a Construction Project Manager for a project in San Jose that is coming out of the ground. The project is 100 units of affordable housing and Type V construction (podium).

Must have be a good communicator as there are a lot of moving pieces. This PM would be in charge of managing a staff consisting of a Lead Superintendent with two Assistant Superintendents.
