Provides recruiting support for Amana human resources
Roles & Responsibilities
Screening resumes/applications
Performing in-person and phone interviews with candidates(makes recommendations for hires)
Coordinating interviews with hiring managers (if needed)
Following up on the interview process status
Communicating Whirlpools information and benefits duringscreening process
Continue to track applicant through the process (drugtest, background, New Hire paperwork)
Contact for New Hire orientation
Full cycle recruiting (from sourcing, screening,scheduling, interviewing through to offering)
Supports recruitment strategies to achieve requiredstaffing levels.
Provides information on company operations and jobopportunities to potential applicants. screens and refers qualified applicants.
Schedules interviews
Corresponds with job applicants to notify them ofopportunities.
Maintains records on recruiting activities as required.
Other duties as required
Minimum Qualifications
Associate’s degree preferred, but not required
1 year of recruiting experience
Proficient in MS Office; Google tools preferred
Prior experience with recruiting softwares a plus
Excellent communication skills
Effective listening skills
Ability to multitask
